The Theme is Green for this Year’s YMCA Dream House
July 8, 2008
Building an eco-friendly home is much more than just energy efficiency. Green building includes energy efficiency, resource efficiency, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, development & land use, and homeowner education.

The Dream House 2008 theme, “Doing What Comes Naturally,” defines the essence of this project: ProBuilt Homes has constructed the home with the latest “green-building” techniques and the design team has created an interior that is tranquil, calming, traditional in its welcoming comfort AND eco-friendly.

The Summerwood Community is a planned conservation subdivision which features serene, wooded homesites and a meandering 59 acre natural preserve area.

Our goal with every aspect of this house is to leave the smallest possible footprint on our environment.

Our designers have used eco-friendly products as well as repurposed items. Their natural palettes promote a feeling of ease and comfort.

There are many things to consider when choosing a builder.
An excellent reputation, experience and attention to detail are key ingredients of a quality builder. As is the ability to listen to the needs of his or her client.

When you build with ProBuilt, you get the respect you deserve as well as the professional approach that you expect. ProBuilt builds in some of the east side's nicest communities - with homes ranging from the $150s to the $500s.

Let's face it - nothing can describe the overwhelming sense of fulfillment that owning a new home instills. The smell...the feel...the warmth and the comfort of knowing that "it's new" and you won't have to worry about costly repairs or maintenance.

So if you're considering a new home, make the smart move and experience the ProBuilt difference.

New Construction - the intelligent choice
New construction is a surprisingly affordable alternative to purchasing a used home.  New construction also affords buyers the opportunity to take advantage of today's technological advances and superior building materials.  New construction homes are more energy efficient than older homes, which saves homeowners money in the long term.  New construction allows the buyer to enjoy the conveniences of a modern floor plan and the peace of mind of knowing that everything is new and won't need repairs anytime soon.
