Our Briarwood design features 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, a large great room and a 2 car attached garage. With 2,005-2174 square feet of living space, it’s refreshingly spacious yet easy to maintain.
Four optional floor plan packages are available to customize your living space. Plus the second floor can be eliminated entirely leaving a spacious 1636 square foot ranch plan. The Briar wood includes a masonry slab foundation standard but can easily be adapted to allow for a full basement.
The Briarwood plan is fully customizable to fit your specific needs.
