The Whitfield is our signature first-floor master bedroom design. Our base model is 2,805 s.f. of luxury, including four bedrooms and 2 .5 baths. It is newly re-designed and better than ever.
The two-story foyer and large, vaulted family room with wall of windows and fireplace is very impressive. The first-floor master suite is very convenient and luxuriously appointed. Meanwhile, the first floor den/study area provides flexible space that could be used as a home office or formal living room. The designer kitchen features a raised serving bar, large pantry, and expansive breakfast room with lots of windows. The upstairs features three large bedrooms with generous amounts of closet space.
