ProBuilt Homes Receives 5 “Cleveland Choice” Awards

ProBuilt Homes is proud to announce the receipt of 5 awards at the 18th Annual Cleveland Choice Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland. The awards banquet was held March 6, 2009 at Sammy's in the Flats.

ProBuilt Homes received the "Product Design of the Year Award" for their Coventry design in the 2,000 to 2,701 square foot category. This "green-built" home gained attention last year as the Lake County YMCA Dream House which drew over 50,000 visitors.

The Coventry Plan was also declared the "Best Exterior Architectural Design" at this year's awards.

ProBuilt also won the "Interior Merchandizing Award of the Year" award in the $250-350K category.

Sales Agent, Brady Secre was recognized with a Silver Performance Award for New Home Sales.

Customer Service Manager, Joe Sutch, was named the Customer Service / Warranty Manager of the Year.
