The
Whitfield is our signature first-floor master bedroom
design. Our base model is 2,805 s.f. of luxury, including
four bedrooms and 2 .5 baths. It is newly
re-designed and better than ever.
The
two-story foyer and large, vaulted family room with
wall of windows and fireplace is very impressive. The
first-floor master suite is very convenient and luxuriously
appointed. Meanwhile, the first floor den/study area
provides flexible space that could be used as a home
office or formal living room.
The
designer kitchen features a raised serving bar, large
pantry, and expansive breakfast room with lots of windows.
The upstairs features three large bedrooms with generous
amounts of closet space.

Whitfield II
Our Whitfield II design is expanded to 2,978
s.f. of luxury. This design was featured as our 2006
Parade of Homes Showcase House.
Whitfield III
The Whitfield III design is 3,439 SF and
was chosen as the 2006 Lake County YMCA Dream house.
It features a private sitting area over the Master Bedroom
complete with a spiral staircase. A teen suite
is included in this variation.
The
options to customize this plan are endless - finished
basements, many alternate floor plans, and different
